Making an appointment

You can now book online for face to face or Telehealth appointment.  Please note Telehealth appointment is only available to existing patients.  Online bookings are for standard appointments only, if you require a longer appointment please call our friendly reception staff on (03) 9428 7115 .  Walk-ins maybe accepted, however priority will be given to those with appointments.

Fees and billing arrangements

Consultations are generally bulk-billed.  There may be a small fee for procedure(s).  Overseas visitors and other patients not eligible for Medicare rebates will be charged:

 A standard consultation  $50
 A long consultation (more   than 20 min but less than 40   min.)  $85
 A standard consultation after 1pm on Saturday  $55
After hours care If you need to contact a doctor after surgery hours, please call 13 SICK (13 74 25).

Home visits It is in your best interest to be seen at the surgery whenever possible as the lighting, equipment and facilities are more conducive to an appropriate examination. However if you need a home visit please discuss this with the doctor.

Contacting your doctor  For non urgent matters you can contact us by emailing [email protected] and we will try our best to reply to you within 72 business hours.  If your concern is of a urgent matter, please telephone us during normal surgery hours.  

Reminding service  You will be contacted if you are overdue for important tests or investigations.
